Two-Bedroom Apartments

Three total available.

Daily Rate: $120/night plus 6% tax (up to 5 nights)
Weekly Rate: $720 plus 6% tax ($103/night)
Monthly Rate: $2,160 plus 6% tax ($72/night)

Private Studio

Enjoy the privacy of your own place and own kitchen, with full access to our resort.

Daily Rate: $80/night plus 6% tax (up to 5 nights)
Weekly Rate: $480 plus 6% tax ($69/night)
Monthly Rate: $1,440 plus 6% tax ($48/night)

Waterfront Main House

A four-bedroom, two-bath house right on the water.

Daily Rate: $240/night plus 6% tax (up to 5 nights)

Outdoor Camping

With Camper hookups:

Daily Rate: $40/night plus 6% tax (up to 5 nights)

Upstairs Luxury Condo

Two-bedroom condo. 2nd floor with large wood deck overlooking the water. Cable TV, washer and dryer, water view from every room. Rooms include 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 1 single bed. (Note: only available summer months.)

Daily Rate: $200/night plus 6% tax (up to 5 nights)
Weekly Rate: $1,200 plus 6% tax ($171.43/night)
Monthly Rate: $3,600 plus 6% tax ($120/night)

Peaceful resort is perfect for retreats, reunions, weddings, and gatherings of all kinds...

Features: 11 Bedrooms, 20 beds, 5 kitchens, 6 baths, club house, private lagoon and beach access. Nine queens, 11 single beds...can sleep 29 comfortably (extra sleeping on couches, floor, and camp site possible)

Daily Rate: $680/night plus 6% tax (up to 5 nights)
Weekly Rate: $4,080 plus 6% tax ($582.86/night)

We offer lodge guests a 10% discount on all lesson, equipment rentals, and nature tours...

All units have free wireless Internet access, private access to lagoon and ocean/beach, use of 2 BBQ grills on patio, and access to washer/dryer.

Lodge guest weekly equipment rental package (stand up paddle boards and surfboards): $200/person for UNLIMITED USE, including a 1 HR LESSON.

For booking at the lodge, we will email you a simple rental agreement and require a 30% deposit to hold the accommodations (refundable if at least 3 weeks cancellation notice). We accept all major credit cards, cash or traveler's checks. Gratuities are greatly appreciated for lessons, tours and other services if appropriate.

Please note that there is a one-week minimum stay during the spring break month of March. Prices may increase during holidays and special events.

SoBe Surf's Cocoa Beach Center is located in South Cocoa Beach at 3590 South Atlantic Avenue. It's right on the Banana River Bay and right across the street from the beach.
