Girard Middleton
Girard Middleton is the Founder of SoBe Surf, located in Miami Beach and Cocoa Beach, FL. He also runs a private SUP resort and training center in Cocoa Beach, FL. Girard founded SoBe Surf in 2002, and SoBe Surf SUP in 2005 as one of the first local SUP companies and a pioneer of the sport on the East Coast.
Girard is a Team Rider for Starboard SUP and is proudly sponsored by Kona Brewing Co., Anarchy Eyewear, Cobian Footwear, Hyperflex Wetsuits, Sun Bum Sunscreen, Bikram Yoga on the Island, GoPro, Dr. Janet Sikora Amendola, and the Eric Enrique Law Firm.
Girard often has customers fly into his Cocoa Beach training center for several days of private coaching in the flat water and in the waves. He regularly competes in SUP surfing events and is well know for his integrity, accomplishments and contributions to the stand-up paddling community.
